At Polo Salon & Spa you will always be satisfied with our performance. We have only one level of service - the Best. We ask that when you make an appointment you arrive a few minutes early. We try hard not to keep you waiting. We also expect you to pay for the service you scheduled if you miss an appointment without at least 24 hours notice. Our talent and our time is what we have to offer and our time is important. Our regular clients respect our time as we respect theirs.
A note about gratuities....because sometimes folks just don't know.....people who work in salons depend in large measure on the gratuities they receive. About 15% to 20% is typical for a stylist or aesthetician. $5 to $10 is typical for your shampoo assistant

Pricing depends upon work involved, length and thickness or hair.
If you are booking a Groupon or Living Social appointment, we must have your redemption number at time of booking and it must be redeemed for that appointment. If you miss the appointment with less than one business day (24 hours) notice by phone, not voice mail, you will lose your "promotional value" (the value over what you paid) and your total value will be the amount you paid, applied to your choice of services. We offer introductory special prices on cut, color, highlights and other services rendered at the time of your special offer appointment. With our products we can do any color service at the same appointment as a Keratin treatment. Tipping should be as follows: about 15% of the full value of your service to your operator plus five to ten dollars to your shampoo assistant.
